NEW YEAR SPECIAL | Breathwork, Nidra & Intention Setting

On the first day of 2025, you are invited on a journey to create a beautiful ritual to honour what 2024 has given us and make space for the new year that's ahead of us.

In this ‘New Year Special’ we invite you to celebrate the start of the new year, 2025, together.

We will start the journey with meditation and intention setting. We then move more inward with the breath, with a technique called Circular Breathing. We slow down, breathe and create space together where sensations, emotions, insights and all that wants to be experienced are welcome. Finally, we integrate the journey with Nidra. Yoga Nidra is inviting us even more inward, with a deep, guided relaxation and meditation.

This special class is an invitation to start your new year with a big inhale. We will create a beautiful ritual to honour what 2024 has given us and make space for the new year that’s ahead of us.

Nick works as a breathwork facilitator with the focus on 1-1 sessions and breath circles. Ellemijn works as a yoga teacher, mentor and coach with the focus on healing and transformation.

Contraindications:

ABOUT THE TEACHERS

NICK SCHLUTER

Nick teaches connective breathwork classes, with an intention on creating a connection with yourself and feeling safe in the body.

Nick’s personal journey in yoga and breathwork started 7 years ago, when he got curious about self development. His practice got him to study meditation, and he is now studying Yin Yoga. He facilitates breathwork circles, group sessions, and also guides 1:1. In addition, he works as a sourdough baker and chef for retreats and has a big passion for slow food and fermentation.

ELLEMIJN NONKES

Yoga came to Ellemijn when she was in her final year of University at age 21. After her first class she felt fully immersed in the practice. She straight away felt a deep sense of purpose in deepening the practice and studying yoga.
From that moment onwards it became a way of living. Ellemijn truly sees the practice of yoga as a reflection of life itself.
‘Every time that I step onto the mat, I feel like I am coming home to myself. This is what I love to share.’

Ellemijn’s classes are well balanced, inspired by the elements, ancient teachings and she loves integrating tools on how to implement the practice ‘off the mat’. Besides teaching yoga Ellemijn works as a transformation coach and conscious creator. Currently she is deepening her practice by studying hatha yoga & tantric philosophy.
