Join our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Amsterdam at Yoga Circle, a transformative and professional training designed for dedicated practitioners ready to deepen their practice and step into teaching with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
This immersive program integrates Vinyasa practice, yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology, offering a complete and balanced approach to both personal transformation and professional development.
Whether your intention is to teach or to explore yoga more deeply, this training provides the structure, mentorship, and international-standard education needed to support your journey.
Upon completion, you will receive a 200-hour certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, qualifying you to teach yoga worldwide.

The training is led by Beatrice Savaris and Moena de Jong, senior teachers with over a decade of experience leading teacher trainings internationally.
Coming from different professional and cultural backgrounds, they bring complementary perspectives to the training, offering students a richer and more comprehensive learning experience.
Rather than learning from a single perspective, you will be exposed to a diversity of approaches that deepen your understanding and expand your teaching skills.
Their combined expertise allows you to explore yoga through multiple lenses, including:
- Traditional yogic teachings
- Modern Vinyasa methodology
- Functional anatomy and intelligent movement
- Personal practice and embodied teaching
This diversity supports the development of well-rounded, confident, and adaptable teachers.
Throughout the training, you will receive:
- Direct mentorship
- Personalized feedback
- Continuous support in developing your authentic teaching voice
This training is designed for:
- Dedicated yoga practitioners
- Students who wish to become certified yoga teachers
- Practitioners ready to deepen their knowledge
- Individuals interested in yoga philosophy and lifestyle
We recommend a consistent practice of at least two years before joining.
We believe that becoming a yoga teacher is not just about learning poses, it is about embodiment, understanding, and the ability to guide others with clarity and presence.
During this training you will:
- Build a strong, consistent personal practice
- Learn intelligent sequencing and class design
- Develop confidence in guiding and holding space
- Study the roots and philosophy of yoga
- Understand the body through practical, functional anatomy
- Experience the power of practice, reflection, and community
This is a training designed not only to certify you but to truly prepare you to teach.
“You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.” – Swami Vivekananda

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
MOENA DE JONG
Driven by an insatiable curiosity for depth, Moena started her yoga education journey over 15 years ago with a Critical Alignment training, then continuing her yoga journey with a teacher training from Svaha Yoga (Jivamukti-inspired), extensive Vipassana meditation practice, and numerous workshops with various international instructors.
In 2014, she obtained her 500-hour certification from Jivamukti Yoga in New York. In addition to Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama are strong passions she enjoys sharing with her students. Her lineage traces back to Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Tibetan Buddhism captured her heart years ago, leading her to pursue her studies within the lineage of Drukpa Kagyu.
Moena’s classes range from dynamic Jivamukti-inspired yoga to Hatha yoga in a meditative flow. She emphasizes the importance of students following their intuition and freeing themselves from self-criticism. She guides her students with light and enthusiasm on a journey towards their core.

BEATRICE SAVARIS
Beatrice discovered yoga during a time of profound personal transformation, finding herself drawn back to the mat in search of grounding and peace. What began as a journey of curiosity soon blossomed into a calling; she completed her first teacher training not merely to strengthen her own practice, but to deepen her spiritual and physical understanding of yoga. The transformative benefits she experienced ignited a passion to share these gifts with others, empowering them to find balance and harmony in their own lives.
Since then, Beatrice has pursued her studies with tireless dedication, traveling globally to learn from revered teachers like Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter, Janet Stone, Baron Baptiste, Kathryn Budig, Megan Currie, Rocky Heron, and Noah Maze. She has also expanded her expertise with specialized training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga under Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and in Yin Yoga and meridians with Annie Au. This lifelong commitment to learning is her way of ensuring that her role as a guide and teacher is both inspired and inspiring.
Beatrice leads classes, workshops, and trainings both in-person and online and serves as a lead instructor in multiple Teacher Training Programs across Europe.
In each class, Beatrice integrates all aspects of yoga—philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and introspection—to offer a holistic and enriching experience. Teaching yoga is both an honor and a commitment for her, yet she also brings a gentle lightness to her practice, believing that joy and presence are essential elements of growth.
