Join Kino MacGregor for a full weekend of workshops next summer, to deepen your practice skills and find some renewed inspiration! Her positive energy, her rich knowledge and her inspiring way of teaching make Kino’s workshops a wonderful experience. Again and again. We are very happy for her coming back to teach in Amsterdam since her first visit in 2013.

Kino MacGregor is an international yoga teacher from Miami. Her message of spiritual strength reaches people all over the world through her online presence, live workshops and retreats. She is an inspirational speaker, author of several books, an IG and YouTube beloved presence, world traveler and co-founder of Miami Life Center. But most of all, she is a dedicated yoga practitioner.

Friday 28th August | 17:00-19:00
Primary Series Ashtanga Yoga Led Class
You will be guided through the traditional sequence of Primary Series and experience the rhythm of synchronized movement and breath, generating heat through the primary series vinyasa. Gain the full benefits of this traditional sequence. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.

 

Saturday 29th August | 8:30-10:30**
Morning Mysore Practice 
(first shift might start at 7:30)
Immerse yourself in the indescribable experience of the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style method. Under Kino’s guidance, you will learn how to practice and work each pose without forcefulnesses. Let Kino expand your understanding on asanas you find challenging and assist you in adjustments to improve the strength, flexibility and determination to practice every day. Through this experience you will learn something new each time you step on the mat. Experience with Ashtanga Yoga is recommended, as this is a self practice method.

 

Saturday 29th August | 13:00-15:00
Yoga Drills
Join this strength and flexibility journey if you want to laugh, have fun and share the warm heart of yoga with Kino. Work on planks, lift-ups, arm balances, backbends and core! Leave with lots of technique to transform your practice and unlock new levels of awareness. Start off with a short meditation and then dive into a full-on practice for all levels. From shoulders to core, hips to backbends, your body and mind will be in a yoga bootcamp. If you practice with Kino online, you will know exactly what to expect!  There is something for everyone here, from beginner to advanced yogi. All you need to join is an open heart and a playful spirit.

The Subtle Body (Meditation and Asana Exploration)
Join Kino for an in-depth exploration of Meditation, Asana and the Subtle Body. The body and mind both open when given time and space to unfold. Learn a new paradigm for your practice where less effort equals more results. Drop into the inner body and discover healing, quietness and wisdom. This immersion is the antidote to the goal-oriented mindset. Understand what it means to practice with non-attachment and be in a fully surrendered state. Leave with an impartation of the most subtle teachings of yoga.

Sunday 30th August | 11:00-13:00
Flexibility
If you think that flexibility just isn’t for you or feel blocked on key poses like forward bends or back bends this is the perfect class for you! Learn how to cultivate the calm and equanimous mind and tap into an inner state of infinite possibility. There is a place of infinite peace within, you just need to discover it. Instead of forcing your body into submission, change the paradigm and set yourself and your body free. Surrender is the magic word that opens the locked doors of the inner body. Dive deeply within and discover what it means to truly be flexible.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Payments are processed via Stripe on the Eversports booking system. If you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a full refund from Stripe on the same payment method you have used for booking your ticket. Within 4 weeks from the start of the workshop, there is no refund. You can of course give your spot away to somebody else (please arrange it yourself).
