Kino MacGregor is an international yoga teacher from Miami. Her message of spiritual strength reaches people all over the world through her online presence, live workshops and retreats. But most of all, she is a dedicated yoga practitioner.

Primary Series Ashtanga Yoga Led Class
You will be guided through the traditional sequence of Primary Series and experience the rhythm of synchronized movement and breath, generating heat through the primary series vinyasa. Gain the full benefits of this traditional sequence. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.

Morning Mysore Practice (first shift might start at 7:30)
Immerse yourself in the indescribable experience of the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style method. Under Kino’s guidance, you will learn how to practice and work each pose without forcefulnesses. Let Kino expand your understanding on asanas you find challenging and assist you in adjustments to improve the strength, flexibility and determination to practice every day. Through this experience you will learn something new each time you step on the mat. Experience with Ashtanga Yoga is recommended, as this is a self practice method.

True strength in the journey of yoga begins with a decision to never give up. Enjoy challenging yourself to exceed your limits as you try fun arm balances, powerful lift-ups and develop a strong mind. Leave with solid technical instructions that unlock the keys to the strength poses of yoga. This class shows you how to practice safely and effectively along the inner path of strength. With a brave heart and a tenacious spirit the impossible becomes possible. Learn what it means to truly be strong and expect to sweat!

Meditation & Yin
Learn and immediately apply the basic training of mindfulness to quiet and calm the mind. Practice applying the principle of equanimity in body and mind. Through a methodical progression into the inner depth of the mind, body, and spirit, you will access the true nature of your inner being and enter into a state of harmony and coherence. This two-hour session begins with an short talk followed by a long period of meditation and ends with longs holds in yoga poses to extend the deep relaxation. This journey into the inner depths of the mind is supported by Kino’s careful guidance.

If you think that flexibility just isn’t for you or feel blocked on key poses like forward bends or back bends this is the perfect class for you! Learn how to cultivate the calm and equanimous mind and tap into an inner state of infinite possibility. There is a place of infinite peace within, you just need to discover it. Instead of forcing your body into submission, change the paradigm and set yourself and your body free. Surrender is the magic word that opens the locked doors of the inner body. Dive deeply within and discover what it means to truly be flexible.

Chanting & Conference
Feel the power of traditional Sanskrit chants and then discuss Kino’s contemporary approach to the Ashtanga yoga tradition. Bring your questions for this closing session with Kino.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Payments are processed via Stripe on the Eversports booking system. If you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a full refund from Stripe on the same payment method you have used for booking your ticket. Within 4 weeks from the start of the workshop, there is no refund. You can of course give your spot away to somebody else (please arrange it yourself).
