Anne teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Her yoga journey started at a young age with her parents who were an example of living a yogic life. After a small detour in Amsterdam’s hectic fashion scene she moved to Vietnam in 2015. What she thought would be a few months of traveling turned into years of living abroad and developing a completely new lifestyle. The first year she lived in Vietnam Anne spent a lot of time at the Sivananda Yoga ashram to practice and learn. She never felt so good, so peaceful and so balanced.
After her Ayurvedic Hatha Yoga teacher training with Yoga Veda she opened a small Yoga studio in Saigon and started organizing weekend and week retreats. From Vietnam she moved to Mexico to teach in Yoga Veda’s teacher trainings. A broken knee brought her back to Amsterdam. Here she has continued her Ayurvedic studies with Yoga Veda, pre- and postnatal yoga teacher trainings with Sandra Varas, a Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark in Vancouver and a kids Yoga teacher training with Divine Light Yoga. She is happy to now share all the teachings she has learned over these years back in her home country. In her classes she hopes to inspire her students to connect with themselves to find balance and peace within. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she is traveling, working in her garden or cooking.
