ABOUT THE TEACHER
LIDEWIJ SEVERINS
She brings a softness to the practice, a focus on listening to yourself, your body and it’s needs. She greatly values yoga as a tool that helps her connect to presence, her true self, and what really matters. She finds magic in connecting to others from that sacred space of true awareness.
She’s been practicing since 2006, inspired mostly by her teacher Petri Raïsanen. After becoming a mother herself (and two beautiful home, water births) she got fascinated by pregnancies, births and the postpartum period. She took many trainings in prenatal yoga, postpartum support, and works as a doula as well. When not on the mat, you might find her enjoying time in nature with her family.
