Beatrice Savaris

Beatrice discovered yoga during a time of profound personal transformation, finding herself drawn back to the mat in search of grounding and peace. What began as a journey of curiosity soon blossomed into a calling; she completed her first teacher training not merely to strengthen her own practice, but to deepen her spiritual and physical understanding of yoga. The transformative benefits she experienced ignited a passion to share these gifts with others, empowering them to find balance
and harmony in their own lives.

Since then, Beatrice has pursued her studies with tireless dedication, traveling globally to learn from revered teachers like Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter, Janet Stone, Baron Baptiste, Kathryn Budig, Megan Currie, Rocky Heron, and Noah Maze. She has also expanded her expertise with specialized training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga under Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and in Yin Yoga
and meridians with Annie Au. This lifelong commitment to learning is her way of ensuring that her role as a guide and teacher is both inspired and inspiring.

Over the years, Beatrice has taught in Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, in yoga studios, corporate settings, retreats, and public events, making yoga accessible to people from all walks of life. Today, she leads classes, workshops, and advanced trainings both in-person and online and serves as a lead instructor in multiple Teacher Training Programs across Europe.
In each class, Beatrice integrates all aspects of yoga—philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and introspection—to offer a holistic and enriching experience. Teaching yoga is both an honor and a commitment for her, yet she also brings a gentle lightness to her practice, believing that joy and presence are essential elements of growth.

Her guiding mantra – “let it be” –  is a reminder to live without attachment and embrace the beauty of the present moment fully.
