Chakra Awakening Series

Step into a deeper layer of practice and journey through the subtle body. Each workshop is a dedicated immersion into one of the seven chakras: the energetic centers that shape how we feel, act, relate, express, and evolve.

A Journey Through Energy, Embodiment & Inner Transformation

2.5-hour Vinyasa, Meditation & Journaling Workshops

Step into a deeper layer of practice with this 7-part Chakra Awakening Series a journey through the subtle body, designed for practitioners and teachers who want to explore yoga beyond form and into felt experience.

Each workshop is a dedicated immersion into one of the seven chakras: the energetic centers that shape how we feel, act, relate, express, and evolve.

Through guided centering, a chakra-inspired vinyasa practice, meditation, reflection, and journaling, you’ll learn to sense the energy behind your movement and understand the emotional landscape that each chakra holds.

Rather than approaching the chakras as abstract philosophy, this series invites you to embody them to experience grounding, fluidity, power, love, expression, intuition, and spaciousness directly through breath, asana, and awareness.

Each workshop includes:

  • Guided centering and breathwork
  • A vinyasa practice aligned with the chakra’s physical and energetic qualities
  • Post-practice teachings based on the chakra of the day to deepen understanding
  • Open circle sharing
  • Chakra-specific meditation
  • Guided journaling for integration

Whether you join one workshop or the full series, each session offers a space to listen inward, release what weighs you down, and reconnect to the wisdom that lives in your body.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

BEATRICE SAVARIS Beatrice Savaris

Beatrice discovered yoga during a time of profound personal transformation, finding herself drawn back to the mat in search of grounding and peace. What began as a journey of curiosity soon blossomed into a calling; she completed her first teacher training not merely to strengthen her own practice, but to deepen her spiritual and physical understanding of yoga. The transformative benefits she experienced ignited a passion to share these gifts with others, empowering them to find balance and harmony in their own lives.

Since then, Beatrice has pursued her studies with tireless dedication, traveling globally to learn from revered teachers like Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter, Janet Stone, Baron Baptiste, Kathryn Budig, Megan Currie, Rocky Heron, and Noah Maze. She has also expanded her expertise with specialized training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga under Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and in Yin Yoga and meridians with Annie Au. This lifelong commitment to learning is her way of ensuring that her role as a guide and teacher is both inspired and inspiring.

Beatrice leads classes, workshops, and trainings both in-person and online and serves as a lead instructor in multiple Teacher Training Programs across Europe.

In each class, Beatrice integrates all aspects of yoga—philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and introspection—to offer a holistic and enriching experience. Teaching yoga is both an honor and a commitment for her, yet she also brings a gentle lightness to her practice, believing that joy and presence are essential elements of growth.
