Claudia Pradella

Claudia teaches Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore and Led), Breathwork and Mindfulness.

She teaches yoga as a moving meditation, an uninterrupted flow of movement, breath and concentration. She brings all of her own yoga and healing experiences to her teaching, encouraging each student to become more self-aware and to explore the different aspects of yoga.

When not teaching or practicing yoga, she might be travelling abroad or walking with her dog Surya.

Claudia has been practicing yoga since 1999. The encounter with Ashtanga Yoga in her early yoga journey has kindled a life long commitment to practice and to explore the manyfold benefits of this practice under the guidance of various teachers – the Jois family, Lino Miele and Eddie Stern being the most influential. She’s also extensively studied pranayama, yin yoga and mindfulness, and has a deep passion for yoga philosophy, buddhism and self-inquiry.
