Jonas Nathan

Jonas clearly feels there was a life before doing yoga and a life with yoga. Before yoga life was more ungrounded, restless and reactive. He knew that there was more to life and he had to change. Around 2010 he knew that moment had arrived and started working a path. Yoga was the prefect fit.

He started practicing more Yang styles of Yoga like Vinyasa, but the moment he touched upon Yin Yoga something magic happened. He found beauty in Yin Yoga. Working on the physical body by doing yoga asana and at the same time diving inwards and dealing with all the things that came up. The practice gives a lot of space to feel and to heal.

Studying with different teachers and styles he had built a sustainable knowledge and practice that he loves sharing with others. His classes are influenced by different practices and modalities like Qigong, Yang Yoga, Myo Fascia Release, Chinese Medicine, Acupressure and Yoga Nidra. His classes are accessible and deep at the same time.
