Mana teaches Kundalini, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin, Vinyasa, and Yin Yang. Passionate about holistic well-being, Mana guides yoga practitioners deeper on their spiritual and wellness journeys.
Mana began practicing meditation from a Buddhist monk while living in Thailand a decade ago which ignited her journey into eastern philosophy and yoga. A profound experience in India, the culmination of years of philosophical searching, led her to discover the transformative power of Yoga, igniting a lifelong commitment to sharing its benefits. Mana believes in living authentically and connecting deeply with one’s inner self while remaining practical and relatable. Mana returns periodically to India to study with her gurus Anand Mehrotra, a living master of Himalayan Kundalini Kriya and Tantra, and Dr Vijaya Kumar Manja, master in Sanskrit, Vedic Philosophy, and Ashtanga.
When not practicing yoga, Mana likes to take on DIY projects, sew, paint, garden, and volunteer.
