Sanne is a dedicated yoga teacher with over eight years of full-time teaching experience. Her classes combine embodied vinyasa flow with pranayama and meditation, and she also loves guiding nourishing yin sessions that invite stillness and release.
Through creative and fun flows she takes you on a journey of deep connection to the physical and spiritual bodies. You’ll be experiencing a beautiful balance of strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling energised, refreshed and calm. Her classes can be challenging, yet are always accessible to all levels, supporting each person’s unique body. They reflect her vision of life: lighthearted, fun and not always taking things too seriously. It’s the practice of joyfulness.
Alongside her teaching, Sanne is currently studying Ayurveda, reflecting her passion for holistic living and personal growth.
