SPECIAL CLASS | Somatic Lunar Flow

A 90 minute journey on the early morning of a Moon Day, where movement, breath work techniques, storytelling, visualisation and intention setting are all combined in one energising yet gentle vinyasa.
SPECIAL CLASS | Somatic Lunar Flow
You are invited for a special embodied journey on the morning of a Moon Day!

The full and new moon days offer a time of stillness and reflection that ignites the spark needed for new beginnings and can be important catalyst of a new energetic chapter in life.

On these early mornings, Carmen will guide you through a 90 minute journey where movement (energising yet gentle vinyasa), breath work techniques, storytelling, visualisation and intention setting are all combined in one yummy flow.

Through this embodied experience of the soma (the body in its wholeness) we get to be undone of layers of constriction and tension, being gently guided into a state of softness where in the depth of our subconscious the seeds of our truest intentions and desires can be planted.

Everyone’s welcome.
Please bring your journal!

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Carmen was born in The Netherlands in a multicultural family. Due to her upbringing and having lived in five different countries, she understands like no other what it means to have an open mind, be empathetic and understanding of people regardless of age, nationality or gender.

She is a firm believer that everyone has their own path to follow and she finds it important that people embark on a journey of self discovery and therein stay true to and rediscover their autonomy, sense of safety and joy.
Carmen encourages students to establish a deep connection with their breath in each movement in order to explore the different layers of their own unique system while always maintaining a smile and an open mind.
After graduating from her multi- style teacher training in Goa, India, Carmen discovered her passion for dynamic and creative vinyasa classes and yin. That passion extended throughout the years into the areas of breathwork, meditation and Somatic practices in order to provide students with a holistic experience towards the path of wholeness and love. She is able to bring a diverse range of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual knowledge to each class in a grounding yet light hearted and fun manner.’
