Somatic Yoga is a gentle, body-based practice rooted in the principles of yoga and informed by modern understanding of the nervous system. Through mindful movement, breath, and inner awareness, we learn to listen to the body’s signals, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of ease and presence.
As the body settles and the nervous system becomes more regulated, space opens for reflection, creativity, and deeper self-inquiry.
Through guided journaling prompts, you will explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and intentions in a simple and accessible way.
What you may gain from this session:
- A calmer and more balanced nervous system
- Greater clarity and self-understanding
- Insight into recurring thoughts and life patterns
- Increased creativity and self-expression
- Practical tools for reflection and personal growth
A grounded space to reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, awareness, and writing. ✨
Bring your journal and a pen.
