You are invited to this special evening of chanting, learning about the yoga sutras and enjoying a very delicious & warming soup together!

Enjoy an evening of vibration-raising Kirtan, followed by a delicious, light vegan soup in the lounge. Whether you are new to chanting, or it is part of your Yoga practice, this event will offer sutras/ mantras that you can return to every day with explanations of the meanings and significance. So come and share the joy of sutras and mantras with this KIRTAN and enjoy each other’s company and insights after the event.

In this session we will work with mantra, what it means, how of works and how it can really get us deeper into the practice of yoga and closer to our essence.You will learn:

* The meaning and magic of mantra and mantra practice and how to use this practice in your daily lives.
* How we can raise the energy/prana in our body with the use of mantra/kirtan
* Why mantra can complete a yoga practice
* A few simple “go to” mantras to take home with you

This special class is created & guided by Yoga Teacher/Vegan Chef/Kirtan singer Karo Tak
*due to the food service, cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Karo Tak

Karo brings a sense of adventure and an open heart to her classes, inspiring students to dive deep and enjoy the journey. She brings 12 years of dedicated practice and continuous learning to the mat.

She acts and speaks from a place of realness and authenticity using the means of yoga and yoga philosophy as her platform. She strives to take students on a yoga trip to self realisation through a lot of sweat, laughter and sometimes tears. Karo teaches strong and dynamic Vinyasa classes with a fast pace, jokes and banter, interspersed with spiritual insight and encouragement, and a smashing play-list!

She is a 800 hr yoga teacher trained in both Jivamukti
and Yogasana. She holds her teachers close and spends a lot of time with her teacher Stewart Gilchrist (East London School of Yoga) in London.
