The Yogi Book Club

Join Mana for this book club which weaves together the precision of literary study with the depth of yogic wisdom to create dynamic, lively, and thought-provoking conversations

The Yogi Book Club is a study and discussion circle dedicated to exploring the philosophical and experiential foundations of yoga through classical texts and contemporary literature.

Our first selection, Autobiography of a Yogi, invites us into a rich world of spiritual practice, mystical experiences, and the guru–disciple tradition of India. Each meeting includes reflection on yogic concepts such as karma, dharma, meditation, intuition, and the nature of consciousness, while drawing connections to our own modern lives.

This space is for anyone seeking deeper understanding beyond the physical practice of yoga—an opportunity to root your practice in wisdom, community, and inner exploration.

Led by Mana Sundari—yogi, teacher, and holder of a bachelor’s in languages and literature—this book club weaves together the precision of literary study with the depth of yogic wisdom to create dynamic, lively, and thought-provoking conversations

This event is free, but we kindly ask you to register in advance and to offer a cash donation on the day.
