A special class full of movement inspiration for you to awaken your sensuality, connect with yourself and others, and experience your exuberance.

Dance is a beautiful way to bring focus into your body, awaken your senses, and free yourself through effortless movement. It supports emotional release and helps you feel more grounded in your body. In this class a safe space is created for you to awaken your sensuality, connect with yourself and others, and experience your exuberance.

You will explore your whole self—using lush, flowing movements to activate your energy and gentle movements to counterbalance stress, such as preventing burnout. It’s not about how your movements look but about how they feel inside and allowing yourself to be fully present. No dance steps—just a class full of movement inspiration.

Step out of your head and into your body, follow your own rhythm and pace, reconnecting with your authentic self.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Anne van der Sluis

“Dance is my language, teaching is my passion! As a dance instructor, I want to inspire my students to express themselves and explore their boundaries.”

Anne worked for several years in mental health care as a coach. In almost everything she does, her focus is on activating people—helping them connect with themselves, their own potential, and their hidden treasures, enabling them to stand stronger in life. In her work, she always seeks methods that enhance imagination. That’s why she loves incorporating dance
and theater techniques, along with other creative approaches, in her own coaching practice.

As a freelance dance instructor, she works with both children and adults. In her classes, you are invited to literally move. We dance a wave inspired by the four elements and the four
seasons—balancing energy to take action while also finding enough rest to prevent burnout. Through specific dance exercises, we embody all the seasons as they pass, allowing you to radiate them outward—both in your actions and in daily life. There are no strict dance steps, just wonderful movement inspirations.
The goal is to help you discover and follow your own movement, energy, and rhythm.
