SPECIAL CLASS | Ritual Trance Dance
Ritual Trance Dance is a special and intimate experience where you will be taken on an Inner Journey, each time on a different theme, created intuitively and specifically guided by Wen-Wei.
Elements of shamanism are incorporated in opening the sacred space through ancient spiritual practices as a way of connecting to Nature’s and our own inner realm. This is an invitation to let go of the outer image and roles, giving yourself permission to surrender and enter your inner wisdom so that you reconnect with your true self as well as creating space for Great Spirit’s love and energy. Letting go and allow your Soul travel.
It will be a Journey and a sacred ceremony where you will set an intention to steer the course of your healing and discovery. Through the rhythm of tribal drums, you will enter a dreamtime realm, beyond space and time, a place where you find limitless possibilities. Using breathwork, you will be able to enter into trance and leave the logical world behind you whilst accessing your inner realm of feeling. Our ancestors danced in the dark to access this non-linear state and you will do the same through the use of a bandana or cloth to cover your eyes. When you close off this primary sense your subtle senses awaken and you have vision, feeling, new senses awaken or even past experiences may reveal insights to you. You will journey within, indulging your senses to enable you to become fully present. As you open to the Great Mystery, your body will dance through you and express your truth.
At the end of the journey you will be invited to lie down to integrate the experience, and we will then close with a Medicine Circle to allow yourself to share and to help ground and consolidate your experience.

– a power object like a crystal or bracelet – to give it medicine for your life’s path

Wen-Wei has been immersed in the spiritual self-help field since childhood, explo
ring various healing methods, which brought her to Yin and Restorative Yoga and Meditation as well as Ritual TranceDancing and sound he
aling, all of which she adores to combine in her classes to create renewal and wellness.
She has found meditation a key method to align not only mind and body for healing, wholeness and to stay centred during life’s impactful cycles, but it is also a powerful way to connect to one’s Soul, Heart and authentic nature, helping one to find meaning and purpose in life, which she loves to inspire her students to embody.
Her best spiritual teacher has been Motherhood as well as Nature, and when she is not doing either, she loves playing music, writing, dancing and being creative in any way, shape or form.
