From Burnout to Balance : An Emotional Release Breathwork Workshop

Are you feeling drained, stuck in survival mode, or longing for a moment to exhale?

This immersive 2.5-hour breathwork experience is an invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, and gently shift from burnout to balance—body, mind, and soul.

In a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore the emotional roots of exhaustion and offer your nervous system the deep reset it’s been craving. Through guided practices, reflection, and a powerful breathwork journey, you’ll release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner balance.

What to Expect

1. Arrival & Intention Setting

We’ll begin by settling into the space with grounding movement and breath awareness. You’ll be invited to share (if you wish) how you’re arriving, and set a personal intention for the session.

2. Understanding Burnout

Learn about the physiological and emotional toll of burnout, and how chronic stress affects your body. We’ll explore the fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses, and check in with our own inner landscape through a gentle guided body scan.

3. Energy Awareness Mapping

Through reflective journaling and a guided coaching framework, you’ll identify what’s draining you, what restores you, and what small, compassionate steps you can take toward feeling more whole again. You’ll receive a beautifully designed workbook to take home and continue your self-discovery.

4. Breathwork Journey

Experience a deeply guided session using conscious connected breathing—a gentle, yet powerful technique for emotional release and energetic reset.

You’ll be supported with soothing music, verbal cues, and a visualisation that guides you through a forest rebirthing itself after a fire—a metaphor for your own regeneration.

5. Closing & Integration

We’ll close with reflective journaling, optional group sharing, and a collective exhale. You’ll leave with tools, insights, and a renewed sense of presence.

About Evelin Marton

Evelin MartonEvelin teaches breathwork and integrates coaching techniques to create a holistic, empowering experience for her students. She guides women to connect deeply with their breath, emotions, and cyclical nature, using conscious connected diaphragmatic breathing as a tool for stress release, emotional balance, and self-awareness. Evelin’s journey is inspired by her passion for supporting women with PMDD, severe PMS, and ADHD and burnout expriences. Her studies in coaching and breathwork have shaped her compassionate and transformative approach to teaching.

When not guiding breathwork or coaching sessions, Evelin enjoys deepening her knowledge of women’s health, exploring nature, and spending time with her mini dachshund.
