Breathwork and Self-Inquiry Process

Using Breathwork & Self Inquiry to help dissolve emotional tension, release trauma and enhance mental clarity.

Breathwork and Self-Inquiry Process

Dissolve emotional tension | Release trauma | Enhance mental clarity

Emotions from the past often store themselves in our bodies, influencing our breath, movement, and thoughts. Our past experiences often affect our relationships and generally the way we walk through the world.

Deep, connected, and conscious breathing serves as a bridge between mind and body, between past and present, and ultimately offers a doorway to create space within and reawaken our appetite for life.

This process is structured in two parts:

Circular Breathing: A powerful and cathartic breathwork technique that promotes relaxation and emotional release. Continuous breathing without pauses creates a seamless flow of air, helping to release tension, increase oxygen flow, and enhance focus and mental clarity. Circular breathing offers profound physical and emotional benefits, making it a valuable tool for healing and increasing inner-spaciousness. It helps cultivate presence and the ability to be in the here and now, sparking your creative force and inner potential.

Inquiry: Following breathwork, integration and exploring what arises is essential. We use dyads as a self-inquiry method where two participants take turns speaking and listening without judgment or feedback. This approach allows for honest and uninterrupted sharing, and helps you articulate and process your thoughts and feelings, working them out through expressing them. By listening and being listened to, we are able to put ourselves in the shoes of others, and thus become more compassionate to others and ourselves. It helps us become more self-aware, as well as have profound insights into our essential self.

PROGRAM

Friday 18th April, 20:00-22:00, €50
Breathwork & Awareness

We will use this session to connect our awareness to our willpower, and to train the muscle of our attention. Through clear and focused intention, we will awaken our vital energy and begin to learn how to channel our attention.

During this process, we may encounter different layers of our unconscious and subconscious mind, such as pain & fear, limiting beliefs, physical blockages, etc. The ability to maintain our focus on our breath will help disentangle our vital energy from the content of the experience, which we identify with, and allow our natural state of balance to come to the foreground of our being.

Saturday 19th April, 15:00-18:30, €95
Breathwork & Release

In this longer workshop, we will have the opportunity to go deeper into the process and to work with a partner through self-inquiry. Through dyads exercises and precise questioning, we will investigate our consciousness. We will present our true selves, moment by moment, by fully embracing our feelings and experiences. By doing this, we will gradually dissolve the obstacles in our mind. Once each of us has identified these blockages, we will use our breath to dissolve them.

You can join any of the session separately, however we recommend to join both sessions to make the most out of this process.
