An invitation to join the playground of Ashtanga Yoga with Stefano.
Four special classes to explore the Ashtanga practice through questions, experimentation, and personal insights.
Open to all levels. These classes will be especially useful for Ashtanga practitioners who are familiar with the method and have questions or curiosity about specific aspects of the practice. At the same time, they are open to complete beginners and can be a great way to spark curiosity and build confidence before stepping into an Ashtanga class.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to the topic, some related questions, and a specific warm-up before jumping into the playground: a space for experimentation and exploration.
Don’t expect a traditional flow class. Here, we’ll prioritize taking time to understand postures and concepts rather than following a sequence.
We’ll explore:
• Finding balance between commitment, play, and expansion.
• Adapting the practice to our energy, injuries, and daily circumstances.
• Using breath, drishti, and bandhas to create space, focus, and energy.
• Understanding the interconnection between fundamental and advanced asanas.
A space to experiment, explore, and discover your Ashtanga practice.
